The Chief Human Resource Officer has accountability for leadership, design, development, and implementation of the Fund's HR strategy and operations in alignment with the Fund's business priorities and goals. The CHRO is responsible for the Fund's HR organization and oversees its budget to develop and deliver competitive, best-practice HR services and support. The CHRO directs the development and implementation of effective HR practices, programs, policies, processes, and tools needed to support management and staff in accomplishing goals and ensures the Fund is able to attract, retain, motivate, recognize, and develop the talent essential for organizational success.
