About The Position
The City of Aurora is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Chief Human Resources Officer in the Human Resources Department. Under direction of the Mayor or designee, the Chief Human Resources Officer plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the Human Resources Department comprised of professional, technical and clerical staff engaged in a variety of human resources management activities. This position develops and implements departmental and citywide programs, services, policies, and procedures within the parameters established by the Mayor and City Council.
