About The Position

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at MassDOT is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department and driving strategic change within the organization. The CHRO serves as a senior strategic advisor to MassDOT's leadership team, focusing on improving overall performance, enhancing talent acquisition, and modernizing HR service delivery. This role involves leading the HR Senior Leadership Team and ensuring that HR programs align with the agency's strategic needs.

Requirements

• At least seven (7) years of professional experience in business administration, management, or public administration.
• At least four (4) years of experience in a managerial capacity.
