The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in human resources administration, public administration, or a related field from an accredited institution. A Master's degree in human resources, public administration, or a related field is preferred. The candidate should have five years of responsible personnel experience, including two years in a management or supervisory capacity at a public school. Demonstrated leadership ability and knowledge/experience in increasingly responsible roles are essential. Training or experience with employee-employer relations, including bargaining table experience, is also required.
