About The Position
As the Chief Health Services Officer (CHSO), you will provide leadership, program management, and strategic vision to Independent Living's Wellness and Life Enrichment Program, four licensed facilities, and a Hospice Program at a two-campus Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)/Life Plan Community (LPC) in San Antonio, TX. Blue Skies of Texas provides all levels of care for 1,000 senior living residents in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and hospice. The CHSO supports two medically focused boards and one committee (Alzheimer's Care and Research Center Foundation Board, Health Services Corporation Board, and the Medical Committee). Maintaining high standards and inspection ratings is important to the success of the larger organization.
