About The Position
QinetiQ US is hiring for an experienced Chief Growth Officer. The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is responsible for developing and executing the sector growth strategy to achieve the financial goals (sales, revenue, and profit); expand market share and position for continued growth. The CGO is also responsible for the business strategy, executed for organic and inorganic growth, customer relationships; and the leadership of a professionalized Business Development team. The CGO is a direct report to the CEO and a dual report to the Group CGO, who will partner with the QinetiQ US Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute integrated action plans to achieve the vision for the company.
