Reporting to Community & State CEO, the Chief Growth Officer is responsible for leading the overall growth strategy for the Community and State business including Medicaid, LTSS and DSNP products. The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for developing market-level business development and organic growth plans, community partnerships as well as DSNP member alignment strategies. Additionally, the team is accountable for the proposal strategy and responses, overall bid operations, competitive analytics and bringing enterprise innovation to our local markets. The team will continuously monitor results and evolve our process to maintain a winning position in market share. The Chief Growth Officer is expected to understand and anticipate client, consumer and provider demands and ensure our bids position UHC as the leader in delivering Medicaid, DSNP, and other products by winning awards and growing the business. This senior executive role is accountable for cultivating strategic partnerships both internally and externally and advocating for our strategy across UnitedHealth Group, with government partners, and other key stakeholders to secure increased opportunities for growth. This position will establish the overall direction, identifying and defining the most important initiatives for the market to obtain organic and inorganic growth targets. As part of the executive leadership team, the Chief Growth Officer is accountable to build and execute the business vision, mission, plans and KPIs to achieve positive business results across C&S. In tandem with business results, the Chief Growth Officer will lead a team driving a culture of inclusion where the employee experience is at the center of our efforts in development, mobility, and performance.
