About The Position

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Orlando, FL. The Chief Financial Officer serves as a partner to the management team and Board of Directors identifying opportunities to improve the delivery of professional services for the benefit of the company and clients. The CFO oversees proposals and pricing of services and is responsible for the performance of the accounting department. Ownership potential.

Requirements

• An accredited bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience including large firms of at least $150 million in revenue.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a department including direct supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, bank relationships, lease management, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems. Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, 'GAAP' and the corporate tax environment.
• Experience conducting mergers and acquisitions including evaluating potential targets, conducting thorough due diligence, negotiating transaction terms, and ensuring the financial health of the company remains stable throughout the process.
