About The Position
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive leader responsible for ensuring that Three Square has the financial resources, strategies, and stability necessary to fulfill its mission. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a core member of the executive team, the CFO oversees accounting, financial strategy, investment management, risk assessment, compliance, budgeting, data analytics and financial reporting. The CFO is pivotal in safeguarding the organization’s financial health while empowering leaders to manage their budgets effectively. The CFO works closely with the Board Audit and Finance Committee, Board Governance Committee, department heads, and external stakeholders to drive financial sustainability and transparency. This role requires a proactive leader with deep financial expertise and a commitment to ethical financial stewardship.
