Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team that exceeds performance benchmarks. What You Bring: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred). 10+years of progressive executive finance experience, including leadership roles in complex nonprofit environments. Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and grant management. A proven ability to lead with integrity, stewardship, and vision. You are skilled at turning financial data into actionable strategies. Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
10+years of progressive executive finance experience, including leadership roles in complex nonprofit environments.
Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and grant management.
A proven ability to lead with integrity, stewardship, and vision. You are skilled at turning financial data into actionable strategies.
