About The Position

The VC, Fiscal Affairs and CFO has ultimate oversight over all financial aspects of the college. This position advises the Chancellor regarding the potential financial impact to the college of any decision or circumstances that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports for the BOR
• Provide input to Chancellor's Cabinet to facilitate the operational needs of the college
• Organize the creation and implementation of the annual college budget; approve day-to-day purchases and adjustments to the existing budget
• Prepare and submit federal and state financial reports
• Provide input to the Chancellor for strategic financial decisions
• Supervise and provide support to financial aid, comptroller, purchasing and asset management, and executive director of fiscal affairs.
• Implement and administer goals / objectives, as well as policies and procedures necessary to provide assigned services.
• Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and the institution.
