About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented CFO to join our team and help us drive success through strategic financial guidance while protecting company assets. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, including financial planning, risk management, record keeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within the hospitality industry, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that support our business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Background in working with private equity.
• 6 years minimum experience as a CFO in a restaurant company.
• 14+ years total accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding in restaurant operations.
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of the organization including financial planning, risk management, record keeping, and financial reporting.
• Drive strategic initiatives that support business goals.
• Coordinate with IT staff to manage and/or upgrade IT systems.
