PCA seeks a strategic, future-focused CFO to join its executive team and serve as a key thought partner to the President and CEO, Board of Directors, and leaders across the organization. The CFO will oversee Finance, IT, and Business Administration (contract compliance), in support of PCA’s mission and values. The CFO acts as the subject matter expert for all fiscal matters, providing advisory services to the executive team and the Board of Directors, and actively participates in and supports the Board’s Finance and Investment committees. A collaborative, decisive, proactive, and strategic leader and partner, the CFO will be focused on continuous improvement within an environment that is fiscally responsible and accountable to the public. Direct reports include the Director of Finance, Director of Information Technology, and Director of Contract and Procurement.
