About The Position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides leadership, direction and management of all aspects of finance and accounting for Park Center. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO provides financial information, analysis, forecasting, and recommendations to support the strategic direction of the organization. The CFO monitors financial performance, compliance with funding requirements, and implements fiscal best practices throughout Park Center. As leader of the Finance Department, the CFO cultivates a team of competent, knowledgeable professionals and supports continual development of job skills and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field. Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, with 5 of those being in a Director level or higher.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software, Financial Edge preferred, and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to effectively advocate with key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in a strategic capacity.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Effective communicator; proficient in written and verbal communication skills
