As we enter our next phase of national expansion, we are seeking a strategic, metrics-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, optimize performance, and help build a world-class organization. This executive will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to bring financial discipline, clarity, and foresight to drive our growth to over $100M in annual revenue. The Opportunity This is a key leadership role for a CFO who combines precision with vision—someone who can translate strategy into measurable outcomes, create financial systems that scale, and build teams that perform at a high level. You will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, leading all aspects of financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and performance management. The right candidate is equally comfortable designing dashboards and models as they are guiding long-term strategy and mentoring future leaders.   • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role overseeing a finance team of 10+ in an organization of 250+ employees.
  • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with strong KPI design and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading scalable financial teams and systems in high-growth environments.
  • Strong command of data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with M&A and real estate portfolio management a plus.
  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
