About The Position

Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed facility, serving the Adolescent, Adult, and Detox/Rehab population and is located in Orem, Utah. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for monitoring and controlling accounts receivables, improving the profitability of the hospital, developing policies and procedures, preparing monthly financial statements, providing required reporting, and preparing the annual budget in conjunction with UHS standards. The CFO will also facilitate weekly meetings with the CEO and Business Office Manager to communicate results and monitor areas of weakness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum education requirement of a bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred.
• Must possess a working knowledge of hospital financial operations, federal and local tax regulations.
• Knowledge of all business office, accounting, payroll and other administrative office operations.
• Skilled at interpreting financial analysis and performance information.
• Ability to prepare schedules and reports, using source data and compiling reports from others' schedules.
• Proficient in using electronic spreadsheets and manipulating data within proprietary and acquired databases.

Responsibilities
