This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Requirements

Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred CPA required
Experience 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience; manufacturing required, packaging industry experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, and standard costing in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, tax planning, and debt management.
Prior responsibility for financing/raising capital and bank relationship management.
Experience in maintaining robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Solid understanding of IT networks and systems; comfortable supporting technology upgrades or AI implementation.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and executive team on company strategy, long-term planning, and organizational development.
Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to support operational performance, growth initiatives, and capital planning.
Lead financing efforts, including raising capital, managing debt strategies, and maintaining strong banking relationships.
Oversee HR to ensure alignment with organizational goals, culture, and operational needs.
Provide strategic oversight of IT systems and networks, ensuring security, stability, and business alignment.
Support the development and deployment of AI tools and technologies that enhance forecasting, operations, and decision-making.
Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Ensure full compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
Manage standard-based costing processes and ensure accurate, actionable financial data for operational teams.
Oversee ERP utilization and drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools.
Direct tax planning, insurance programs, and risk management activities.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance, HR, and IT teams
