This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Requirements

  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred CPA required
  • Experience 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience; manufacturing required, packaging industry experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, and standard costing in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, tax planning, and debt management.
  • Prior responsibility for financing/raising capital and bank relationship management.
  • Experience in maintaining robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of IT networks and systems; comfortable supporting technology upgrades or AI implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on company strategy, long-term planning, and organizational development.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to support operational performance, growth initiatives, and capital planning.
  • Lead financing efforts, including raising capital, managing debt strategies, and maintaining strong banking relationships.
  • Oversee HR to ensure alignment with organizational goals, culture, and operational needs.
  • Provide strategic oversight of IT systems and networks, ensuring security, stability, and business alignment.
  • Support the development and deployment of AI tools and technologies that enhance forecasting, operations, and decision-making.
  • Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure full compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Manage standard-based costing processes and ensure accurate, actionable financial data for operational teams.
  • Oversee ERP utilization and drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Direct tax planning, insurance programs, and risk management activities.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance, HR, and IT teams
