The CFO is responsible for all financial operations of the organization. As a member of the Leadership Team, the CFO works in conjunction with the CEO, Directors and other management and program leads to ensure processes and procedures are following GAAP and State and Federal guidelines, all while minimizing risk and exposure and maximizing return. The CFO guides the general accounting processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Financial Reporting. The CFO is primarily responsible for annual cost reporting to the state, annual budgeting, annual audits, and monthly financial reporting and analysis, in addition to grant management and reporting.
