This role serves as a critical leadership position within the Trust Department including the direct supervision of key positions and the indirect supervision of assigned Trust Officers. This includes the fiduciary management and oversight of administration of Trust Services throughout the department footprint, as well as a visible leadership role within the community where the incumbent's primary office is located. This position is a member of the department's leadership team and works collaboratively with other department leaders to produce good financial results while maintaining appropriate risk management oversight.
