Indian Creek Foundation, located in Souderton, PA, is a premier non-profit organization dedicated to serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What began in 1958 with one family and a local church, has grown into a vital community resource, now supporting more than 1,200 individuals across Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Offering a comprehensive array of residential, community-based, vocational, and behavioral health services, Indian Creek Foundation is committed to creating environments where individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered. Grounded in its mission to maximize the personal potential of people with disabilities and/or autism, Indian Creek Foundation embraces each person's uniqueness and fosters meaningful relationships built on mutual respect. Indian Creek Foundation is seeking an inspiring and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter. In collaboration with the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic vision and operational oversight, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality services. Key areas of responsibility include financial stewardship, organizational development, team leadership, and program excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires navigating the complexities of industry regulations, championing client rights, and advancing the mission and values of Indian Creek Foundation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human services, psychology or sociology, or related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working within a human services organization.
  • Previous executive leadership experience within a multi-faceted organization.
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization and with a Board of Directors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
