Requirements

• Expertise in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of credit union operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative strategies for growth.
• Comprehensive knowledge of emerging trends in financial technology and digital banking.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
