About The Position

We are proud to be the largest education foundation in Virginia, working tirelessly to provide all students with the resources and support they need to thrive. HEF is an independent nonprofit organization that works closely with Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS) to provide financial resources and innovative programming to increase student achievement. HEF’s work includes Learning & Discovery Afterschool Enrichment Programs, Community Learning Centers, supporting pre-K Program Centers, and Innovation Grants. We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Education Foundation into its next chapter of impact and innovation.
