About The Position

The Chief Executive Officer (State Facility Director) at the South Mountain Restoration Center is responsible for overseeing all professional, medical, and administrative operations of a 159-bed long-term care facility that serves individuals with psychiatric illnesses, those who have lived in state centers, and formerly incarcerated individuals. This leadership role requires a visionary to drive strategic initiatives, ensure effective service delivery, and maintain operational excellence while promoting financial stability.

Requirements

• Seven years of professional human services or health care program experience, including three years in a mental health or residential care facility and two years in a supervisory role, along with a bachelor's degree.
• Possession of an active license as a Nursing Home Administrator issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all professional, medical, and administrative operations at the South Mountain Restoration Center.
• Develop and execute operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and department regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to implement best practices for resident care.
