About The Position

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System is responsible for leading the organization in its mission to provide mental health services. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and fostering a culture of advocacy for mental health within diverse communities. The CEO will oversee operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and represent the organization in various capacities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Psychology, Nursing Administration, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in a senior leadership role within a mental health, human services, or healthcare organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passion for mental health advocacy and commitment to serving diverse communities.
• Eligibility to obtain any required licenses for the state of Michigan.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan Mental Health Code and other relevant regulations.
• Manage financial resources, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Foster a culture of advocacy for mental health services within the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations.
• Motivate and lead teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
