About The Position
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the leader of Girls Inc. of Columbus and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization in collaboration with the Board of Directors. Girls Inc. is seeking a passionate and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. The CEO will be responsible for advancing the Girls Inc. mission, enhancing organizational sustainability, expanding community engagement, and empowering the team to deliver high-quality programming that uplifts and inspires. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven leader with a demonstrated commitment to youth development, gender equity, and social justice. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, staff, and the girls we serve. The CEO manages all aspects of the organization’s programming, fundraising, finance, and administration, ensuring that Girls Inc. fulfills its mission to inspire and empower girls. The CEO serves as the public face of the organization and is responsible for building strong relationships with the community, funders, and stakeholders to support the organization’s long-term success.
