About The Position
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee operations at a new state-of-the-art behavioral health hospital developed through a joint venture between Acadia Healthcare and Orlando Health. This role focuses on enhancing psychiatric care in the Orlando area, managing the existing 80-bed facility, and transitioning services to the new 144-bed hospital upon its opening in late 2025. The CEO will be responsible for fostering a culture of high-quality care, patient safety, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting community engagement.
