Requirements

• 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience
• Proven Leadership in estimating
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
• Proficiency in estimating software

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the estimating process for all trades
• Establish and sustain standardized procedures, methods and processes for: Estimating Scope Reviews Customer relations Training Bid proposals Software maintenances Cost analysis Product inventory schedules/ reviews
• Collaboration with internal groups (Preconstruction, Operations, Sales & Business Development)
