About The Position

AWARD PENDING Titan Technologies is seeking a highly analytical and visionary Lead Enterprise Architect to guide the design, planning, and integration of next-generation IT solutions in support of a large federal enterprise within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This role is critical in aligning technology strategy with mission needs, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and security across cloud, application, network, and data environments. You will lead architectural planning, conceptual and logical design, standards development, and trade studies to support the continuous evolution of enterprise IT capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, including software development and systems engineering.
  • At least 5 years of network/cloud architecture experience in enterprise environments.
  • An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating cloud, DevSecOps, networking, and application platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, cloud migration strategies, and security controls.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise architecture initiatives including target state development, roadmap planning, and architecture governance.
  • Translate mission and business needs into secure and scalable architecture solutions across infrastructure, applications, mobility, and collaboration domains.
  • Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical architecture diagrams, system design documents (SDDs), and enterprise architecture artifacts.
  • Collaborate with program leadership, cybersecurity, cloud engineers, and operations teams to ensure alignment with mission priorities, technical standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct ROI analysis and lead development of business cases supporting new technology acquisition and implementation.
  • Champion adherence to federal and organizational architecture frameworks (e.g., HLS EA, FEA, TOGAF), security policies, and engineering lifecycle practices.
