Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 20+ years of engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 18+ years of engineering experience OR PhD in a STEM discipline and 15+ years of engineering experience.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Chief Engineer or equivalent senior technical leadership role in the defense industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in technology development with strategic business impact.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop technology leaders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
