About The Position

Responsible oversight of maintenance for the entire resort, to include physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs. Upkeep of the landscaping and guest areas to maintain an attractive property. Manage all rehabilitation, expansion, and special projects. Lead and motivate teams, working closely with all other departments to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, profitability, and guest experience.

Requirements

• Strong mathematical skills necessary to interpret electrical, mechanical and building systems.
• Proven history of electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to analyze their design intent and performance. Job knowledge of construction and building systems.
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations and to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
• Certificate in at least one specific trade skill such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing
• Technical Diploma
• 3-5 years of related experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
