This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program. Requirements

• At least 2 years of facilities experience
• Experience in a management position

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose problems or repair machines.
• Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
• Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded.
• Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms).
• Pool chemical testing
