About The Position
RiverTech is looking for a Chief Engineer to work in Albuquerque, NM. Seeking experienced systems engineering professional for the Chief of Engineering position at the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) on Kirtland, AFB. Should have experience in supporting development and integration of new and existing Modeling & Simulation (M&S) capabilities by managing technical requirements definition, requirement document development, functional architecture definition, design specification review, acceptance test plans development, acceptance test execution, and acceptance test report development. Requirements
- MS in IT Management / BS in Information Technology or Networking
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS
- 2 years Modeling and Simulation experience
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes and best practices
- Knowledge of Modeling & Simulation protocols including Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) and/or High-Level Architecture (HLA)
- Knowledge of Virtualization technologies (e.g., vmWare)
- Knowledge of Containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies including Docker/Kubernetes, OpenShift, Ansible, etc
