About The Position
The Chief Engineer for the AUV Systems Business Unit at L3Harris is responsible for overseeing the technical, cost, and schedule performance of a program portfolio. This role involves providing strategic technical leadership, managing resources, and ensuring successful program deliveries while collaborating across various organizational boundaries. The Chief Engineer will lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) and is expected to maintain a high level of employee motivation and performance, while also representing the engineering organization with major customers and stakeholders.
