The Chief Engineer will report to the Director of Facilities and will work closely with maintenance professionals, vendors, contractors, and Tower management to ensure compliance with safety codes, efficiency standards, and operational goals. This person is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and engineering operations of the Tower to ensure the facility remains in optimal working condition. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills to maintain the building's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
