The Primary objective of the Chief Engineer is to lead the Engineering Department to perform all engineering functions in accordance with the company procedures and applicable engineering standards, provide technical engineering input (as required) for estimating and bid proposal requirements, provide interpretations of all external codes, regulations, specifications, and the like, provide value engineering direction for company engineering activities, and to sign and seal engineering design packages.

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of selected software such as Plaxis, CivilTech, STAAD.Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Minimum of 20 years' experience in construction engineering and/or engineering design for projects of varying size, scope, and alternative delivery methods.
• Possess Professional Engineering licenses in the region.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
