About The Position
Nature is looking to recruit a Chief Editor for Nature Geoscience. This job is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and can be located in our New York, Shanghai, or Beijing offices on a hybrid working model. Nature Geoscience is a prestigious journal that welcomes research across the span of the Earth sciences. In addition to publishing original research, the journal publishes Editorials, Comments, Reviews, News & Views and Correspondence across all topics concerned with geoscience, as well as from a diverse range of voices. We are now looking for an ambitious and dynamic Chief Editor, who will help further establish and maintain Nature Geoscience as the leading publication in the field. Working within a dynamic editorial and publishing environment that also includes Nature Climate Change and Nature Sustainability among others, this demanding and stimulating role calls for a keen interest in the practice and communication of science.
