Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services with progressive leadership responsibility
• Extensive experience leading digital technology, platforms, and large-scale transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise digital channel strategy that delivers a connected, consistent customer experience across all retail banking segments.
• Lead innovation and digital delivery through AB Labs, partnering with IT and external technology partners to bring new capabilities to market.
• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and performance of all major customer-facing digital sales and service platforms.
• Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive benchmarking to continuously improve digital experiences.
• Build, lead, and retain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of development, accountability, and inclusion.
• Partner closely with Marketing, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align digital investments with business outcomes.
• Oversee acquisition planning and integration from a digital channel perspective.
