About The Position
The position serves as a key member of CTC's Senior Leadership Team and one of the organization's top ambassadors to the surrounding community. The individual will conduct themselves with the highest degree of professionalism, transparency, and respect. Responsibilities include collaborating with CTC's Board, CEO, and senior leadership team on the development and implementation of the annual strategic plan, developing and monitoring net fundraising targets, and reporting progress to the CEO and Board of Directors monthly. The role also involves partnering closely with the Development Committee Chair to provide expertise and support to achieve fundraising goals, drafting and presenting an annual Development Plan, and organizing all personnel and activities related to Circle the City's philanthropic work. The individual will also oversee marketing and communications activities, develop relationships with estate planning professionals, and create a formalized planned giving strategy.
