About The Position
Scottsdale Arts is looking for a dynamic Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead our fundraising efforts with creativity, strategy, and purpose. The CDO will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board to shape a development strategy that supports Scottsdale Arts' mission and future. This role involves driving major gifts, leading a high-performing team, and managing a growing portfolio of fundraising programs, including individual giving, corporate sponsorships, and special events.
