About The Position

Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring resources are mobilized effectively during crises, while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of fundraising leadership experience.
• Established track record of increasing philanthropic revenue.
• Significant expertise in fundraising programs and best practices.
• Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of fundraising database systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a bold regional fundraising strategy.
• Lead and manage a portfolio-based major gifts program.
• Achieve and grow significant fundraising targets.
• Drive innovative corporate major gifts program strategies.
• Mobilize boards and volunteer leaders for philanthropic impact.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Ensure excellence in donor management systems and reporting.
• Serve as a key member of the regional leadership team.
