About The Position
The Chief Development Officer works closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategy for major gift donor relationship management (manage, nurture, upgrade) to meet Mid-South Food Bank short and long-term goals. The primary objective of the Chief Development Officer is to increase financial donations to Mid-South Food Bank and develop long-term relationships built on a firm understanding of donors’ interests, passions, and values.
