About The Position
At Love146, the Chief Development Officer (CDO) is not just a fundraiser—they are a transformational architect, sector connector, and team builder. The CDO will be responsible for designing, executing, and laying the infrastructure to grow a fundraising strategy that integrates government funding, institutional philanthropy, corporate giving, and individual giving including major donor relationships. They will be expected to immediately deliver results by leveraging their own relationships and insights in the anti-trafficking, human rights, youth justice, or other related funding landscapes. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CDO will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, while leading a department that leverages Love146’s fundraising into a powerful engine of mission impact.
