About The Position
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) leads the development and implementation of a multifaceted program encompassing grant making, fundraising, marketing, communications and community engagement. The CDO will be responsible for identifying and pursuing diverse funding streams to generate individual, corporate, community, and private foundation support for Whitney Young Health (WYH) and Equinox. The CDO will lead a team of professionals in donor relations, communications, public relations, marketing, events and volunteer management.
