About The Position
The Chief Development Officer will play an essential leadership role in advancing overall fundraising for the College of Education at UT Austin. Reporting to the Dean and working closely with the Assistant Vice President for Development, the Chief Development Officer will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising plan. The college has raised nearly 98% of its $180 million goal and aims to raise $200 million during the 'What Starts Here' campaign, concluding in August 2026. The successful candidate will be an exceptional fundraiser, leading a team of development professionals and cultivating relationships with high net worth donors and foundation partners.
