About The Position

Minimum CRNA experience of 2 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established practice of AdventHealth Carrollwood, a smaller, well-respected hospital with plenty of orthopedics, general and spine cases. This team, which has been in existence for over 30 years provides a full range of anesthesia services with a community hospital feel. The Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to: Scheduling Staff development Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events Liaison with hospital leaders Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital Participate in leadership and development activities Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews Orientation and onboarding of new hires Highlights of this opportunity include: Newly Increased Compensation $75K Start Date Bonus with 3-year commitment Chief stipend Start date bonus Relocation assistance ACT: 6 Physicians and 19 APPs 200 bed hospital Case mix: no heads, no hearts, no OB, no peds 13 sites of service including endo, neuro, spine, ortho, no OB Flexible schedulin 8, 10, 12, 13, and 14-hour shifts Sister sites: AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Wesley Chapel Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back OT opportunities available if desired Envision offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME allowance, medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, parental leave, life insurance, 401(K) with employer contribution and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage.
