The Chief Cook will be responsible for the planning, preparing, cooking, storing of food for patients, staff, guests and catering functions within the direction of the Director/Assistant Director of the Food and Nutrition Services team. The Chief Cook carries out all duties by adhering to the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct, acts in the best interest of the Medical Center, fully supports the Medical Center’s Values, Mission, and Vision. The Chief Cook will have knowledge of hospital food service systems, and have demonstrated ability to interact, relate to, work with and support the work activities of a diverse workforce.
