About the Role Reporting to the General Counsel, the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will lead Sprinklr’s global compliance program and serve as a key member of the legal leadership team. The CCO will be responsible for ensuring the Company meets all legal and regulatory obligations, enhancing and maintaining a scalable compliance program, and enabling innovation while mitigating risk. This individual will serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors, General Counsel, CEO, and executive leadership on regulatory strategy, and partner closely with senior leadership across the Company to achieve business goals that follow the letter and spirit of the law, and drive process improvements that support growth and integrity in a public company setting. The CCO will also serve as a key liaison with customers, regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines deep compliance and regulatory expertise in a global public technology company setting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex global legal landscapes. This role will lead and work with a multidisciplinary team and scale programs to support continued growth. For experienced candidates with a proven track record advising on complex product development and regulatory frameworks, data privacy, AI, innovation, and other emerging technologies, the scope of this role can be expanded beyond traditional compliance. Such candidates, in addition to overseeing the Company’s compliance program, may also cover broader responsibilities, including strategic guidance on product counseling generally, regulatory, privacy and data governance, and AI-related requirements. This enhanced scope offers an opportunity to shape the Company’s approach to innovation and risk management at a global scale.
