Your singular job is to make Human Agency's leadership — starting with the CEO — the most credible, most sought-after voices on humanistic AI in the country. When someone asks "who should speak at our conference about AI?" or "who understands how to implement AI responsibly?" — our names come up first. We have the ideas, the track record, and the mission. What we need is someone who can turn internal conversations into national visibility. Someone who can get us on stages, in publications, and in rooms that matter. Someone who understands that thought leadership isn't about producing more content — it's about engineering credibility and building influence strategically. The end game is paid speaking engagements at major conferences, award recognition, book deals, and becoming the go-to source when media needs expert commentary on humanistic AI. You'll be building the infrastructure and executing the strategy to make that real.
