About The Position
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will serve as the primary general manager for Pampered Chef’s P&L, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This individual will oversee the company’s commercial strategy and go-to-market planning, brand and digital marketing strategy and execution, and ensure field success. The CCO will define and execute the commercial strategy to maximize growth, revenue, and customer engagement, leveraging Pampered Chef’s unique sales model and brand heritage. They will lead the development of innovative marketing initiatives, digital platforms, and field strategies that inspire the company’s consultants and customers while enhancing overall business performance.
