Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Partnership Distribution is a transformational growth leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide B2B2C partnerships and accelerating revenue across all commercial channels. This executive leads Sales Strategy, Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Operations to scale Cinch's commercial performance and expand market presence with partners across key channels -Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Technology Platforms, Home Improvement, and Retail. As a key member of the Executive Team, the CCO serves as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, bringing a data-driven, customer-centric, and growth-oriented approach to commercial leadership. S/he will combine sales excellence, marketing acumen, and partnership innovation to scale Cinch's subscription-based B2B2C business. The role focuses on building and developing high-performing teams, deepening existing client relationships, and identifying new partnership opportunities in the Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, and Retail channels to deliver measurable, sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
