About The Position

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Partnership Distribution is a transformational growth leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide B2B2C partnerships and accelerating revenue across all commercial channels. This executive leads Sales Strategy, Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Operations to scale Cinch's commercial performance and expand market presence with partners across key channels -Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Technology Platforms, Home Improvement, and Retail. As a key member of the Executive Team, the CCO serves as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, bringing a data-driven, customer-centric, and growth-oriented approach to commercial leadership. S/he will combine sales excellence, marketing acumen, and partnership innovation to scale Cinch's subscription-based B2B2C business. The role focuses on building and developing high-performing teams, deepening existing client relationships, and identifying new partnership opportunities in the Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, and Retail channels to deliver measurable, sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience driving revenue and partnership growth in subscription-based B2B2C environments.
  • Proven track record developing, negotiating, and scaling high-value partnerships and channel distribution models.
  • Direct, hands-on activities to initiate sales and secure new business, while simultaneously leading and coaching the team and holding the team to a high-performance cadence across pipeline creation, net-new revenue, deal execution, and forecasting.
  • Skilled in solution-selling to large, complex enterprises using indirect, channel, and partnership go-to-market models.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first sales, brand strategy, and customer acquisition.
  • Driven to create seamless client/customer experiences that drive engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty.
  • Strong command of P&L management and financial modeling to build profitable partner programs.
  • Collaborative executive presence that inspires credibility and alignment across levels including the most senior levels and cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven leader who applies rigor and structure to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive sales, commercial, or partnership leadership experience in subscription-based or channel-driven businesses.
  • Prior marketing leadership or digital commercial experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience across Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Utilities, or Home Services.
  • Travel of 35- 40% required, including frequent visits to the Corporate Office, based in Boca Raton, Fl.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, measurable growth in revenue and profitability across all B2B2C channels.
  • Establish and exceed annual and long-range revenue goals through disciplined execution and performance accountability.
  • Manage P&L levers for subscription-based products, ensuring partner success and enterprise-level profitability.
  • Deepen existing relationships and forge new strategic partnerships across key channels including Insurance, Real Estate, Financial Services, Utilities and Retail.
  • Develop new distribution channels and partnership models that unlock untapped market opportunities.
  • Lead enterprise-level partnership strategy-from ideation to contract to execution-delivering scalable, win-win outcomes.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies new channels and optimize every client and customer touchpoint to drive engagement, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and eliminate friction across the journey.
  • Integrate brand positioning, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization into sales strategy to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to align demand generation, offer design, and partner enablement with Cinch's growth objectives.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and standardized sales and partner management processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline.
  • Use analytics to drive data-informed decisions, optimize partner profitability, and refine go-to-market execution.
  • Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-impact organization built on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Implement performance management and recognition systems that drive high performance and retention of top talent.
  • Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Legal, and HR to deliver enterprise goals.
  • Partner with the CEO and ELT to shape Cinch's long-term commercial roadmap and strategic growth agenda.
